Global History 1 carried on the tradition of designing and creating Asia Projects. Students researched their topic and wrote historical fiction essays, which they presented to the class in seminar fashion. Stop by Mrs. Jones' room to see their creations!
During our Superintendent’s Conference Day, faculty and staff participated in the Stop the Bleed course, learning how to move from bystanders to lifesavers. This districtwide training taught participants how to recognize and control life-threatening bleeding through techniques such as applying direct pressure, wound packing, and using tourniquets. The course combined lecture, video instruction, and hands-on practice, and our faculty and staff engaged enthusiastically throughout the session. Each classroom has been provided with a Stop the Bleed kit in case of a bleeding emergency.

Our elementary students were in for a treat at George F. Baker! 🎃 After the parade, our younger Tornadoes visited the high school, where our older students handed out lots of prizes and smiles. 🏆 It was so special to see everyone come together for this fun new tradition. On Halloween, students from Interact Club brought some ghoulish fun to the residents of the Promenade! Together, they sang festive songs, created spooky arts and crafts, and shared plenty of smiles and laughter!
