Earth Day Volunteers

🌍 A pack of Tuxedo Volunteers made their way on to Route 17 Saturday morning for an Earth Day Cleanup. Led by the George F. Baker High School Interact and Environmental Club; students, faculty and families of the district put on their gloves, grabbed trash bags and picked up garbage along the north and south sides of the roadway. The cleanup route stretched from the campus to the Tuxedo Park entrance and back. Interact and Environmental club coordinator, and GFB teacher, Thomas Reilly called the event “fantastic” and acknowledged it couldn’t have happened without the help of Tuxedo Town Hall, the Town of Tuxedo Police Department and the highway department.
