“On the Radio” took to the stage last weekend. TUFSD Families and Faculty joined George Grant Mason Elementary students for a special performance of the school musical Friday afternoon, ahead of a Saturday performance. After months of rehearsals, our young performers were thrilled to have the chance to sing, dance and act out some of the radio era’s most well known songs.
GGM Music Teacher Ms. Cienki watched with pride as students grooved along to Elvis, the Beatles and Nickelback, while George F. Baker High School’s Mr. Chan lead the pit band of high schoolers.
